The hotel was clean and quiet. It had all the amenities we needed and was a relaxing weekend getaway. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Loved the restaurant/bar area downstairs.

It was cold...my room was cold upon entry, turned the heat up; there was no hot water in the shower at 7am; the bar was uncomfortably cold, it had a revolving door. Only stools in the bar...I would have liked to sit in a chair

Would i stay there again. Probably not

Had to turn shower on all the way to get warm water. Paid for breakfast first day was good. 2nd was ok, but I can understand with it being Christmas. 3rd day sucked with still limited. Breakfast sandwiches tasted like they were leftover from the day before. They didn't even have the tea out like they did the 1st day. Was told hot tub was down when we checked in and would be fix in the morning. Was still down when we checked out.

Unable to get assistance from Expedia or the hotel as it was “past check in time” since I was attempting to make a reservation two months in advance at 2300. Every one was super nice except our host in the breakfest area. Overall nice hotel and very clean. A big wedding party rented out the second floor for a wedding reception and I didnt hear a thing!

The room was great. Clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However, we went into the restaurant for dinner and one breakfast. The food was ok but not anything that I would order or go to again. The staff there did not seem to be interested in keeping the tables clean or any of the supplies for the breakfast stocked and ready for use. It was a disappointment.
