You are also minutes from I-675, downtown Dayton, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, making this an excellent choice for both short and extended stays.

The space has been recently updated with new flooring, a renovated bathroom, stylish décor, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals.
Guest Verification & Fees
The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver applies per stay.
Pet Policy
One dog is permitted per stay for an additional fee. Additional pets may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies.
Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.
Same-Day Bookings
Reservations made between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM may require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs. We do our best to accommodate last-minute reservations whenever possible.
