It great stay overall, staff very friendly Hotel is older looking, smelly hallways (might have been due to storm) but rooms were clean without smell. My room card wouldn’t work after room cleaning I would go up and than down to reactivate the card for 4 days that we stayed Would definitely recommend if you’re not looking for luxury and just a place to sleep with decent price.

Well priced accommodation with easy parking. Large room, a little dated but everything we needed the only thing was that the patio door was v old and the wind whistled through. The cafe serving breakfast was excellent - well cooked and great value.

The property is right out to the beach, great staff and extremely convenient. Pool and facilities are perfect for what we needed. The in-house cafe is open from 8am to 2pm. Breakfast and lunch... great place. Rioms may need a bit of renovation, but the bed and lines are clean and comfortable and the bathroom is good. The basics for staying... plus there's a small kitchenette and refrigerator.

I’ll start off by saying for the price it’s great. That being said there are a few things that I couldn’t just ignore. For starters the rooms are not cleaned very well as we found a used razor in our bathroom. Not the worst thing but definitely a sign there’s room for improvement. We carried on with our night, got dinner, and decided to see what the indoor pool was all about. When we entered the indoor pool it looked like a scene straight out of a horror movie. The only 2 lights in the room were on their last leg so there were flicking on and off non stop, the 2nd floor plumbing is also exposed right above the pool so you WILL hear the toilets flushing. When we wrapped up swimming we decided to head back up to the room. I forgot my towel so when we got up the room I grabbed the one that was folded nicely on the shelf. I took a Quick Look at it and noticed there was a brown stain on it. It looked like someone wiped their butt with the towel I was given. Not sure what was on it nor did I care to know. I’ve stayed in worse hotels and they have charged more than tropical winds. For the price you get what you pay.

For a hotel that charges a resort fee -this is no resort. Just a way to increase costs to guests. The cafe in the hotel has trippled their prices making it expensive for what is offered. My guess is the new hotel owners have increased their rent. It was much better under the old owners. Staff is pleasant but unable to accommodate any deviation.
