Between the pool and hot tub you'll find two paved, oceanfront fire pits, perfect for evening S'mores and wine around a campfire while listening to the waves crash against the shore. There's also plenty of seating for an oceanfront picnic nearby!
Although Bella Vista surrounds you completely with privacy and luxury, it's also located in the heart of Daytona Beach. Directly across the street is a locally-owned Latin café and even a barbeque restaurant. A couple of blocks down and you'll find a spa, ice cream shop, arcade, and many cute beach-side shops.
Step through the foyer of this private, 10th floor oasis and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The oceanfront living room greets you with large windows surrounding the room all overlooking the ocean below. The living room includes a large, flat-screen TV as well as a fireplace.
Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a large, formal dining area perfect for dining together. Just off the dining room is the cutting-edge kitchen. Marble counters, new, stainless appliances, an abundance of counter space, and a kitchen island make this kitchen a cook's paradise! A breakfast nook is just off the kitchen and offers beautiful oceanfront views as well. This unit also includes an in-unit, private laundry room for added convenience.
The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, large television, and walk-in closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The primary bedroom also holds access to the oceanfront balcony. Both guest bedrooms hold one queen bed and display gorgeous views of the Daytona city-scape and the Halifax River. One guest bedroom has a full, en-suite bathroom and a TV and the other has an adjacent full bathroom.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes one reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed.
Bella Vista Condominiums does require a minimum stay of at least 30 nights, booked at least 16 days in advance of a guests' arrival.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
