One of our 4 cottages. While this two-bedroom cottage is located at a Main Street address, the entrance is located facing a quiet “off Main Street” residential area. Convenient parking area next to the front door provides a private entrance and the small patio directly below the cliffs of red rocks offers the perfect location for an evening in the shade.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer. Guests are encouraged to use the central hot tub and the BBQ Kitchen.

We love the cottage very cute, beds were comfy, living room is spacious. Kitchen small but we didn’t use anything but coffee maker and fridge for water. Nice patio short walk from our cottage. Yes barking dogs, garbage truck every morning at 5:15am and lights from streets but we survived. Far end of “town” but everything is literally 5 min away

We enjoyed our stay and very much appreciate the owners allowing their property to be dog friendly! The home was clean, shower had excellent water pressure, towels were larger sized, and the home was a nice walking distance to main st. Having the convenience store next door also proved to be helpful on several occasions for quick needs!

We stayed at the Calamity Jane Cottage during part of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. We easily parked 2 motorcycles and a truck, and it was all paved streets and parking area. Check in process and communication with Lee was excellent! There was plenty of room for 2 couples and all the extra things you might need were available like bath soap, shampoo, towels, dish soap, coffee, and extra blankets and pillows. Lee even put up a canopy for the motorcycles to park under, and had a hose for washing the cycles. Great central location for riding to Sturgis and other destinations. It was nice in the evenings to take a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Deadwood to hang out. The gas station located next door was also convenient for getting gas and snacks. The pizza to go and honey chicken biscuits were tasty. There is some traffic noise, but we didn't mind all the motorcycles rumbling by. We would definitely stay here again!
