This fabulous holiday home has been recently renovated to create a wonderful stylish and spacious coastal retreat right on the beach in Kingsdown. Many of the rooms have stunning sea views over the beach and distant horizon, and the garden and first floor balcony allow guests to truly enjoy the coastal setting. The large open plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for socialising, and the upstairs sitting room with access to the balcony is another lovely space. There are four bedrooms, one leading onto the balcony and another to a small sunny courtyard, and two bathrooms. The cottage is next to The Zetland Arms, a lovely, family friendly pub which also sits on the beach which serves food and is perfectly located if you fancy an aperitif or a break from cooking. And if you can drag yourself away from this idyllic setting, the vibrant town of Deal is a short drive, or a lovely beach walk, and in the other direction is a fabulous walk along the beach or along the iconic white chalk cliffs to St Margaret’s Bay and beyond so plenty of things to do, places to explore and history in which to immerse yourself.
