The address on booking is about 30 miles away at a little closed down shack. We carried on driving came across a fuel station and store who told us where it was. If we was driving at dark this would have been terrifying. When given an address you expect it to lead you to the place. Along Death Valley you have no phone signal. On arrival we find out on a poster the pool is closed which staff didn’t inform us nor where they friendly or helpful in what facilities where around just gave us a map

We had a great overnight stay at the ranch in at furnace Creek. We really enjoyed the facilities and wish the pool was open, but we hear it will be open soon. Very close to great sightseeing spots. We would come back!

Room has musty smell. Opening the sliding door and running the a/c helped with the smell. At least room was clean. It also helped we are out exploring the park all day, only used the room to shower and sleep. Restaurant food was okay if I you are hungry. Ordered the steak taco and meat was so tough that I ask to replace it with chicken. Chicken was dry but at least chewable. Wait staff service needs work. There is an automatic 15% added to the check. Food was overpriced. Location of hotel inside the park was helpful in exploring the park.
