Disappointed

I was genuinely excited to visit the area and spend time with family, but my experience at this property was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I noticed several red flags, and unfortunately, the condition of the room confirmed my concerns. The room had an unpleasant odor, the toilet was visibly dirty, and there were spiderwebs on the ceiling. The furniture was in poor condition, and to make matters worse, the trash bins outside were overflowing, creating an unsanitary impression from the start. I have stayed at this location in the past and had a much better experience. Sadly, the property has noticeably deteriorated since then. It’s disheartening to see how much it has declined over the years. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore the quality and standards that guests expect.

Needs less Spanish television stations and more traditional American stations. The television guides and channel names were all in Spanish. Guest laundry needs updated badly. Keycards need to not deactivate all the time. There is not someone at the desk at all times. Kitchenette doesn’t have enough dishes or utensils. Beds are comfy. Clean bathrooms. Quiet and calming spaces. Breakfast is decent. Accommodating to your needs or requests. All in all a good place to stay.

I always enjoy how quiet this hotel is. Even when pet owners are here I have not heard the pets in the hotel at all. I have read most of the reviews for this hotel. It is disappointing to hear that people were having bad experiences in this hotel. My daughter and I have been staying at this particular hotel for a few years now. And the only issue we have had was our keycard not working properly. The staff fix the issue and we were back enjoying our stay.

DO NOT BOOK HERE This property refuses to cooperate on my refund request. I was told I was unable to stay due to being overbooked. They told me to contact Expedia who could resolve the refund. They never answered expedias requests for any information on the booking. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered.

Bed bugs

I booked the hotel for a week and 1/2. Everything was fine in the room until I spotted a bed bug crawling on my bed. I immediately came to the front desk to ask for a different room, but all they had was the one next to my original room. I got charged for both even thought I was told I would be refunded for canceling my stay with them.

The property list said that it was clean and then there was a baby crib available when we checked in there was no baby crib available. We went up to the room. The couches were stained. There was blood on the one couch. I have pictures of all of this, there was roaches in the under the sink they were crawling everywhere the carpets were not clean. Also, the stoves in the kitchenette were absolutely disgusting. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bedsheets were not clean. Nothing was clean this place should be shut the f down. Do not stay here.
