The room was nice and large, airy, clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the port. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is in a great, convenient location and I would most likely stay here again if I ever return to Yarmouth. My only negative is that the walls in my particular room seemed very thin, because I could hear people in the next room talking and from my bathroom I could hear other people's bodily noises, which is not very pleasant.

I use to have my birthday parties here when I was a kid and figured it was time to actually stay at the hotel. They have done a lot of updates on the rooms and I ended up having a newly renovated suite. Other than it slightly smelling off opening the windows corrected that quickly. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would 100% stay there again

My wife and I have stayed here many times over each year for five years, As my Mom lives in a small home in Wedgeport , it is very well priced , close to my Mom, dog friendly, clean, staff are diligent and friendly. Amenities are clearly available for all budgets and needs. We tried 2 other places and neither compare… hands down our go to for as long as my Mom is there!

Reasonably priced hotel.

The service was excellent, I particularly liked the fact that the restaurant was open at 6:30 am and had very reasonable prices for breakfast. There looked to me some old water ingress until my room, but it didn't smell musty and the wallpaper was a bit off kilter. I also liked the fact that there were twin elevators, eliminating a single point of failure
