Villa Gem is a luxury property designed by Thomas Urquijo, one of the most famous designers in Spain.
The villa is located on the outskirts of Deia and is part of an estate of 13 hectares of rustic land surrounded by the Sierra Tramontana, with orange, grapefruit and olive trees, and from here you will enjoy stunning views over the sea and the landscape.
This recently refurbished stone house is hidden on a mountain top above Llucalcari overlooking the sea, just a short drive up the hill from Deia and the beach of Cala Deia. It is just a short drive from the village where you will find a good choice of shops and restaurants.
The property spreads over two floors and there is private parking both undercover and outside.

This luxurious villa includes four newly designed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, television, air conditioning, access to a shared terrace.
