Air-conditioned loft in the heart of Deidesheim

Our light-flooded and quiet loft in the heart of Deidesheim's old town offers you everything you need on 50sqm: your own parking space in front of the apartment, air conditioning, underfloor heating, king size bed (180 cm wide), WiFi (approx. 40 Mbit), fully equipped kitchen and seating in the beautiful, rustic courtyard.
Restaurants of the top gastronomy to the rustic wine bar or the bakery can be reached on foot in a few minutes.


The living room:
Our beautiful two-room apartment has a living room and bedroom.


The living room offers you:
A fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and portafilter coffee machine), underfloor heating, radio, two armchairs and a large dining table.
Next to the kitchen there is a storage room where you can find your own washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, iron and all important cleaning utensils.


The bedroom has:
High ceilings, large windows (with opaque curtains), oak plank flooring, king-size bed (180 cm wide cold foam mattress), air conditioning (which is very important in summer) and a TV.

The bright bathroom:
Access directly from the bedroom, shower, towels, hair dryer and underfloor heating.


Access for guests:
You can reach the apartment via a privacy-protected inner courtyard with grapevines and English fragrant roses on the house wall, where you can also sit. The courtyard also serves as an access to the neighboring house.


Interaction with guests:
I give my guests their freedom, but I am available for questions.
I am in Deidesheim during the day and will be happy to answer any questions or problems you may have. I can always be reached by phone.


The neighborhood
The loft is very central, but is noise-protected in a quiet neighborhood and you can be in the vineyards in a few minutes and hike from there to the adjacent Palatinate Forest.


means of transport
Our apartment is about 8 minutes from Deidesheim train station. A private parking space is available directly in front of the yard gate (not suitable for campers etc.).


Further information
The prices are per night and include city tax (2.00 EUR per person / per night), bed linen, towels, internet and the costs for electricity, water, heating and final cleaning.
Pets are welcome, please contact us before booking. A very nice dog lives in the neighboring house.
It is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is only possible in the courtyard.
