The location of the property is good , however the rooms are pretty dated for the price they are charging. My serious recommendation to the property owners to renovate the rooms. Rest it was a good stay over all.

Very poor customer service

Booked this hotel by mistake as there are two Eros hotels in New Delhi owned by the same company. As I booking was for 3 days I hoped they would be reasonable and charge me for one day. However they point black refused to do anything at all. While it was my mistake I would have hoped they would have been more understanding . Especially as I was moving to their own sister hotel. Compared to the Shangri-la Eros this place is very dated indeed.

The building and the visual aspect of the staff was very 5* but the service was very poor. You would ask a waiter for something, they would say they would get it then just wander off and forget about you. One day the (only) bar was closed to all residents except a certain party, who only took up about a quarter of the room anyway. The only place you could get a drink was the restaurant - just not good enough for 5* and no way to treat valued clients. Never again.

Lots to like - good location to get to the meetings I had to attend without getting so caught up in the terrible Dehli traffic. Helpful staff who were flexible to allow a slightly later check out time. Bed for comfortable. Nice welcome touches in the room, including some fruit and chocolates.
