Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Stayed here couple times. Room smells of such strong cleaning agents but they did not agree to change room. After a few hours, spotted cockroaches and called for help, and then changed the room. Next time stay there literally came a small rat in the room. This hotel is dirty, moldy smell, and unhygienic beyond imagination. I had even called in advance to give a better room than previous but staff disagress and keep room saying no availability, but they will change the room somehow if something terrible happens in the room.

My reservation was for this property (RR Residency), but when I got there I was told that it is only for people with an Indian id, so the front desk let me talk to someone from Fab Hotels on the phone and they told me that they have space in another property. I had just traveled via a long flight, didn't have a local SIM, so I just accepted. That other hotel I got placed in was a few kilometers away in a worse location in relation to transport connectivity and nearby places and was not as nice (certainly worth less than the one I reserved). The only good thing was the service, they were quite courteous. I'm disappointed that Expedia let me reserve if I didn't meet the criteria of being an Indian resident (unless it was just a dishonest maneuver from the hotel).
