Good clean place

Pros: great food, good service, clean hotel Cons: hard to locate for uber etc, no heaters available which makes it hard in the winter months.

Best Experience

This was by far the best Treebo hotel I've stayed out. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. I checked-in rather late and had to check-out early, and they were able to accommodate me. I also ordered room service while I was there, which was absolutely delicious. Further, the bed was comfortable, the room was extremely clean and stylish, and the bathroom was pristine. The property is a bit off the beaten path, but it's worth staying in, especially when trying to avoid the chaos of Delhi.

The property was nice overall, but the rooms need an upgrade. Walls were scratched up and looked a little dirty. The water tank in the washroom takes a long time to heat up, and then only provides a few minutes worth of hot water, making showers difficult. The worst is the lack of heat - we travelled at the end of December, and the room felt the same temperature as the outside air (around 15 degrees Celsius) and there is no heating system. The staff provided us with an electric heater, but it was more of a bright light and didn't provide much heat unless you stood right in front of it. The washroom had a large window so it was especially drafty and frigid inside. The breakfast selection was limited and the quality of food was not great. Both my husband and I experienced stomach issues after eating the hotel's breakfast on both days, despite travelling around India for two weeks prior with no problems. The best part of the hotel was the bed - it was very comfortable, though it is very short for anyone over 5'8" - our feet were hanging off the bottom edge of the bed.

The Treebo AND is a hidden away GEM in vasant Kunj. The rates was reasonable, the room was above aveage and the staff was cordial. It is located in Bhavani Kunj and seemed very secure for us for the four days we stayed here. Room: Room has tea/coffee kettle, A/C, decent TV service and ours was a larger room with sufficient space. The sheets were clean and I did not spot any bugs...which is a big plus in Delhi. There is an elevator which was useful for my dad who is elderly. The bathroom is updated, clean and with a personal boiler for hot water on demand. The hotel pictures are reasonable accurate in representing the state of the rooms Food: There were decent vegetarian options in breakfast for my dad (bkfst was complementary).The only downside is that there is no vegetarian restaurant within walking distance, but if you have a car, its no problem. Transport: I was able to get Uber to pick me up here easily. Also there was parking on the street for a car. They also provide a car for hire if needed. Service: However, they do cater primarily to wedding parties as that did create some issues with priority. But again, the management was responsive and rectified any issues that came up, which were few to begin with.
