The master suite includes a Split King TEMPUR PEDIC adjustable bed, private en suite bathroom, and oversized walk in closet. Bedroom two and bedroom three each feature king beds, while bedroom four offers a queen bed. The private second floor guest and in law suite includes a king bedroom, full bathroom, walk in closet, second kitchen, and a fully screened balcony with lounge seating perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the neighborhood.

Additional sleeping space includes two queen pullout sofas located in the common lounge room and main living room.

Inside, guests will enjoy two fully equipped kitchens with everything needed to prepare meals for groups and families during their stay.

Step outside into your own tropical backyard oasis featuring lush greenery, a beautiful heated pool, large tiki lounge space, built in bar, BBQ grill, Smart TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing day and night.

The home is pet friendly and welcomes up to two dogs with approval during booking. The backyard is fully fenced for added privacy and space for pets to enjoy.

Guests will have full private access to the entire property along with self check in using a smart lock, free driveway parking, and exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor amenities.

Please note that this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with families and elderly neighbors nearby. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

For guest safety and security, there is one exterior camera located at the front door monitoring the driveway and entry pathway only.
