You can cook your favorite dishes in our fully equipped kitchen. You will not miss anything, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, glasses, plates, microwave
It has air conditioning, free Wifi, a big community pool and less than 5 minutes walking from the fine sand beach of Las Marinas.
The terrace is large with 2 sunbeds for sunbathing and a table with chairs to enjoy a good paella. It has a large umbrella for you.
As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously Cleaning is performed by a certified professional cleaning company. The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator that is a powerful antimicrobial agent and kills 99% of bacteria and viruses.
There is an Aldi supermarket in the immediate vicinity, several cafes, restaurants and a car rental service near the entrance of the Urbanization.
Children are welcome! We can provide you with a travel cot, a baby chair and anything you can think of that will make your vacation easier, check with me!
Important! It has private parking reserved for the property, you will not have to worry about the summer parking problems, just press the remote control and you will be able to park in your place of the building without problem
