Beautiful condo in Dénia

This is a lovely, big condo with stunning views of the beach, the castle (which is illuminated at night) and the mountain. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the beach, the historic centre and several grocery stores. The hosts, brothers Javier and Eduardo, always answered questions quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. While they don’t live in Dénia - this is their vacation property - they have a local contact, Rita, who also always answered questions promptly and was in the background in case we needed any help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment and would recommend it!

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement en janvier/février. L'appartement est spacieux, la cuisine suffisamment équipée. Mention spéciale à la jolie vue panoramique sur Dénia (Montgo, citadelle, mer) depuis toutes les pièces et la terrasse. Cette dernière est de plus abritée du vent et permet de profiter agréablement du soleil. Notre hôte était disponible et réactif.

Grosse und gepflegte Wohnung in toller Lage zum Strand und zur Altstandt

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage mit Tiefgarage und Swimmingpool. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (1 Dusch- und 1 Wannenbad), wobei das 'Elternschlafzimmer' ein 'En suite' Bad hat. Die Wohnung ist äusserst geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die riesige Terasse mit Südausrichtung. Ein Tisch für 6 Personen und 2 Liegen stehen zur Verfügung und laden jeden Morgen zum Frühstück auf der Terasse ein. Der Esstisch im Wohn- und Esszimmer ist ebenfalls auf 6 Personen ausgerichtet. Fernseher (Smart-TV mit Amazon-App etc.) und WLAN funktionieren erstklassig. Da die Wohnung für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist, sind natürlich auch ausreichend Töpfe, Geschirr und Glässer vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert (Kalt/Warm) und mit mit allen notwendigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet (Spühl- und Waschmaschine etc.). An der Wohnung erkennt man, dass die Eigentümerfamilie hier regelmässig Urlaub macht. Wer auf Sterilität, perfekt aufeinander abgestimmtes Geschirr und makellose Gebrauchsgegenstände steht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Es ist halt alles wohnlich und gemütlich wie zu Hause. Die ganze Anlage strahlt Eleganz und Sicherheit aus. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerfamilie klappte in Englisch problemlos und war super nett. Die Lage der Wohnung war mit 5 Minuten zum Strand und 15 Minuten in die Altstadt klasse. Geschäfte und Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat unser Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.
