For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, public car park. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 600 m, bar, café 600 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 300 m, shingle beach 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
