This beautiful villa of 160 m² has three bedrooms and can accommodate six people.
The plot on which it is located measures 900 m² and is fully fenced. The garden surrounding the villa is composed of various plants and trees. In it, you will find outdoor furniture, barbecue, and hammocks to enjoy the pleasant summer days.
The house has outdoor parking, wifi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms, and central heating. Upon entering, you will find the living/dining room, very bright and with excellent views of the garden. Next to it is the kitchen, fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
On this floor, there are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, opposite which is the bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom is en suite. It consists of two 90cm beds together and a bathroom with a shower.
Through the spiral staircase in the kitchen, you access the third bedroom. From this large room, you can enjoy the best views of the house. It has a bathroom with a shower, as well as a beautiful fireplace and a terrace. The bed is a double bed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil, or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil, or Pellets), wifi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
