Pros: It was a really cute 2 bedroom that served our needs well. I contacted the owner about a later check out prior to booking and they were very accomodating. Great use of space, lots of hot water and has mostly what you need. The actual location is absolutely perfect for Denton. Lots of great shops, food and entertainment close and walking distance. Cons: When I arrived it was warmer than expected and took a few hours to cool off the whole apartment, but there were multiple fans available to help. One of the bedroom beds has a dip in the middle of it. Thankfully, we were able to still sleep comfortably, but something that should be replaced. Harvest House is right next door, so if there's a band playing, could be until midnight or so until they stop. Also, the train runs relatively close and horn sounds each time, so if you're sleeping at 1am, it could wake you up. Nothing really huge as far as issues, but something to be considered.
