Your friends/family will be close to all the sights that Denver offers, when you stay at this luxurious, spacious, centrally-located downtown, historic mansion. We took our historic home and modernized it with all of the amenities including central AC, large walk-in shower in Master and new windows throughout, etc. Walk a few blocks and shop for dinner ingredients at the local whole-foods. One of the best/well-kept parks in Denver, "Cheesman Park," is just a few blocks away. -Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

This is an eclectic house with very great charm and comfort. This is also a great location for downtown denver and in walking distance to food and activities. We would highly recommend this place and will be booking again on our next trip back to Denver.

House and location was excellent. The 4th bedroom on 3rd level was hard to manage temperature and keep cool for good sleep in the hottest part of summer. The host was responsive and the check in and checkout procedures were clear and easy. I would rent this place again.

Gorgeous!

This home is so special we were all sad to leave. The neighborhood is super cute, close to a nice park and central for trips downtown and not far from Red Rocks. Comms with the owner were responded to quickly. We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat.
