Interaction with guests

Guests have complete privacy yet the owner is only a text message away to answer any questions. Rides to Red Rocks shows (or other areas), hot springs and/or dispensary tours, rides to and from the airport are available for an extra charge depending on availability. Just ask :)

Other things to note

This property is accessible in any season and there are fun things to do anytime of the year. The road is plowed at the same time as the highways in the winter season, but an AWD car is recommended if snow is expected. You will be provided with menus and guides to experience the most of this beautiful state! Free Wifi is given and you will be provided with the information once you arrive.
Light refreshments are provided upon check-in consisting of coffee, is provided to start the morning! One body towel, hand towel, and washcloth will be provided for the duration of your stay between one to five nights. Fresh towels will be provided after 7 nights. Should you prefer additional towels during your stay, please let us know so that we may accommodate you better.

My friend and I picked this property because we went to a concert at Red Rocks and wanted a “neighborhood” to stay at that had access to parks and restaurants. We found the perfect place to stay! The unit was clean and had all the amenities we would need. The area was easy to navigate and close to Red Rocks. Our host kept up a nice flow of communication and entry (and exit) into (and out of) the property was super easy. I would like to think I will be back to Denver and would stay here again!

I was slightly worried about the location (near the back of the complex) but property was cozy, quaint, and perfect for a quick weekend getaway for hiking and concert at Red Rocks! Walkable to the Edgewater Market and Sloan lake as advertised. Host was accommodating and responsive. While the mattress could use an upgrade, the condo was clean and had several personal touches. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!

The condo was super clean and comfortable! There was even a cute welcome basket with snacks and water which was very thoughtful. We really loved this cute little property! It was the perfect size for us and was tucked away in the back with a nice flower garden view. Check-in was easy thanks to great communication from the Hosts. We walked to Sloan’s Lake and ate at Edgewater Market. The condo was a good location between Red Rocks and Clear Creek tubing through Golden, CO. Would stay here again!

Metallica concets

My brother and I came to Denver to go to the Metallica concerts. We had a blast. Our vrbo was a nice place in a nice neighborhood, with lots of stuff to do near by. I will definitely be back.

Cozy and convenient

I’m very satisfied with this stay overall. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned for a long weekend (concert at Red Rocks, Denver Zoo and Rocky Mountains). The host was wonderful with communication. Only downside was that the pool was unavailable. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Denver.

The property was very nice. Any thing you would need for a short stay was included. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. We will definitely consider staying here again if avaliable for our next visit. Our son lives in Denver. So we visit about 4 times per year.

Overall this is a nice property for the price. The property itself could use a little updating. The bed is EXTREMELY squeaky. Just look at it and it squeaks. Communication with manager was nice, however I'm Not a fan of the limited availability of towels and TOILET PAPER

Apt by Sloan's Lake

The apt was nice and well equipped. Our hosts were most accommodating with quick responses to our questions. We had plenty of parking close-by and the area was quiet and private. We will book again if we come back to this part of the country!
