Adorable Two-Bedroom Carriage House with Patio

Our carriage house is a welcoming, two-bedroom guest home located in central Denver. We are less than 1 1/2 miles from LoHi, beloved Tennyson Street, and the neighborhood gem of Highlands Square. It's a 10-minute cab ride to Lower Downtown.

The space provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably; work/study effectively; and/or just kick-back, relax, and enjoy what Denver and Colorado have to offer. You'll have the entire space to youself including a private, flagstone patio.

The Sunnyside neighborhood is close to downtown and offers easy access to both I-70 and I-25. You’ll be conveniently located to what Denver has to offer. Amble to one of the many neighborhood coffee houses, restaurants, bars, or shops or take a quick cab ride downtown. Hop on the interstate and be in the foothills in 20 minutes.

And then come back and enjoy your home-away-from-home. Pick a vinyl record from our collection. Bask in one of Denver’s 300 days of sunshine with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail-of-choice on your flagstone patio.
