Front staff not very attentive to people around we had a hard time with our stay there my husband was charged again even after already paying through here and that was our vacation money so we weren’t even able to use that because they told him they will fix that right away the next day and they didn’t hey didn’t even communicate with him to help him my husband had to be calling them our first room was noisy lobby was not always clean or certain areas were dirty in the hall ways and elevator. Overall it was not the best experience

Perfect and comfortable close to airport

Comfortable and spacious room with king bed. Best pillows I've ever used! Advertised with pride that the rooms are clean, simple, yet efficient, and I would agree. Every furniture piece has a purpose. Some are duel seating and storage, which is brilliant. Easy to get airport shuttles. 24 hour coffee and tea. Only improvement would be a non-sweet creamer available. Close walk to several eateries.

I had a little bit of a learning curve with getting on the wireless and figuring out the lighting system in the room with the room card, but besides that, I had an excellent stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean with a nice bare bones approach to decor. y'all might want to check the toilet in room 330 - it seemed like it ran continuously, not anything to worry about floodingwise, but it may be an unnecessary waste of water.

Loved the clean feel of the hotel and its “green” philosophy. The room was modern and beautiful! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! We had an early morning flight and there was coffee, fruit, granola bars and muffins in the lobby for us to grab before we left for the airport. I highly recommend the avid hotel.

The property is near DIA but charges $12 a night to park int there unsecured basic parking lot. So we parked off the streetand the front desk was rude. This lady was to bothered to be nice or courtesy of being politeness. Will never stay here again.
