This home was built so that your group can take it easy or be extremely convenient to the front ranges' best locations. **This is a basement of a Duplex. The unit has a separate entrance and is completely private. However, we do have guests in the other unit so you may run into them outside of the house or potentially hear them. The kitchen is fully stocked and we are central to Colorado's two largest highways (I25 and I70). Every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable.
Smart TV and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. This home was fully remodeled summer 2020! Equipped with all new beds and furniture. There is a dining space for 6 people.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the living space below the top of the stairs. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
LAUNDRY SPACE: The Laundry area is shared space between unit 1 and unit 2. Please be courteous of your neighbors when using this space.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.
