We stayed here because of a soccer tournament and if we could have canceled our reservation and stayed elsewhere I would have. The front desk was rude, and their policies are absurd. When checking in they only gave me 1 room key and when I asked for another one for my 16 yr old they refused because he wasn’t 18. Even after explaining he’s 16 and would be going out with friends they still wouldn’t do it. So I had to give my son MY key card so he could get back into our room, which just left me without a key. Our friends reservation was messed up and didn’t have available rooms for them and they even got into it with the front desk who refused to help them unless they were given an apology for being frustrated about their room situation. Another team members family ended up leaving because of issues with front desk and room situation. We were on the first floor and I could hear EVERYTHING from the floor above me. The first night I was up all night listening to someone walking around, flushing the toilet, and even showering. I thought I was going crazy but I read similar reviews about how noisy upper floors are with just regular movement. I don’t recommend this hotel, and we will never stay here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is more continental style; only hot things are coffee and pancakes from a pancake machine. There is still hard-cooked eggs and yogurt, along with a variety of bread products. I was annoyed that staff seemed to be a little befuddled that I was paying for more than one room.

LOVE the quality vinyl flooring in the room, so much better than crunchy carpet most hotels have. Check in staff was absolutely nice and efficient, but the plastic board you have above her for safety reasons made it impossible to hear her over the crowd pool noise. Two power outlets for phones, no direct USB plugins. Carpet to rooms needed a vacuum, but I think the young lady at the front desk was busy. The frig close to my bed was noisy enough that I unplugged it. The noise of the climate control woke me up.

I didn’t realize the entire hotel was smoke friendly and pet friendly. Bug dog walking around the hotel and my family and I are allergic then a man was smoking a cigarette right outside our room in the hall wall. It was gross and unsettling. We had to ask to use the pool twice before the covers were take off to use. The jets were obnoxiously loud when using the hot tub. Called prior to make sure pool and hot tub were in service.. said yes. Next morning pool and hot tub were temporarily closed. Extremely frustrating for our toddler that wanted to swim more. Breakfast was very minimal and was expecting some protein meat of some sort. Definitely not what I was expecting from reviews and pictures.
