We had a young giy working the desk Sunday night and he was very rude would not let my adult kids use the pool locked the doors told them he did not believe they were 18 even though he looked at their IDs. My hisband e en tried to talk to him and was rude to him as well. THE you ng giy then told them he was sorry and could open the pool. But yhe mood was gone to sit and enjot the hot tu .

Room was large and the bed comfortable. Only complaint would be the pillows, some of the filling was in balls like it had been washed making it lumpy. The other pillows were too soft. Great view south. Hotel appears to be cat friendly as well.

This is an ok property. Clean and comfortably. I am travelling with a dog and while there are an abundance of doggie bag stations, there's not much dog walking area.
