Hotel is ok. I gave the staff a 2 star only because the janitor helped us out so much when our TRUCK WAS BROKEN INTO right in front of the building. We had expensive items stolen and a window missing. They did hook us up with free grande Starbucks for the road…and I am being sarcastic. Though they would not do venti and that’s serious. The lack of hospitality really dropped the levels that this place could be. No comp for the room, no help with insurance. No signs in the parking lot mentioning that they are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged property. They are not helping us out at all. What a joke of a hotel.

Staff were friendly, room was clean. Area is pretty good with a lot of restaurants and shops. Parking is easy with lots of vacant spots. A/C could be better. We sleep hot so we always have the temperature around 66-67° at night. It was fine fo a couple of hours but after midnight, it just turned off eventhough it was on auto. Woke up a couple of times to try to fix the temperature. Also, around 10pm, 1:30am, and just before 3am, we her kids running around and doors slamming shut so loud that it woke us up. So coupled with that and the A/C, we slept so poorly last night.
