I was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay $12 to park at a hotel that I was already paying $160 a night for. Paying guests should not have to pay for parking.

Staff was very nice and dedicated to us having a great stay. The place was very clean, I only removed a star because there was a random bowl of rotting fruit just in the hallway for several hours. The area itself is quite dense with roads and highways but I am from a rural area and likely just unused to it. But the rooms and staff were very nice and the breakfast was to die for!

Gem in the dust

In such an industrial area, and from the outside you would not know this gem even exists! It is a beautiful hotel inside - staff was amazing and the room was beyond my expectations. The lobby is beautiful, had a great breakfast setup as well as bar and lounge area for evening choices. Good option outside of downtown but not far to get to it if that is the desire.

Shower/tub needs to be fixed. Shower head had built up dirt and water did not come out of all holes. The spout is not connected to the wall. Ottoman was dirty and fabric coming off. When using elevators, you could see the dirt and missing paint on the walls and ground of elevator. The employees were friendly and helpful.
