Aside from the broken elevator (which I was told about before checking in), the hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and check-in/out were speedy. Would stay here again.

Traveled alone with my small children. I got multiple phone calls after 9 pm and a knock at my door at 10pm … my children had been asleep… and was told we were loud. My children were sleeping and we were hardly in the room. I felt so uncomfortable being alone and then having sent a man without a uniform to my room at 10pm.Unacceptable.

Whole place is very new and modern, liked the room, very well appointed with kitchen, sitting area and bed area. To our surprise when we arrived, the pool and spa were out of order. We picked this hotel specifically for this amenity. The staff did not offer any compensation what so ever.

There is only a wooden blind over the window so when the sun comes up, the room is totally illuminated. Very bright and difficult to continue sleeping. I have never been in a hotel so bright. Very disappointing.
