The front desk employees are rude morning and night. The valet parking avoids you from being able to park at the front to get your bags off at least. The front parking lot charges less than valet for Sun&Saturday just FYI. The only employee from valet who know what he was doing was the morning one everyone else was just out of it. The blow dryer and iron at the room do not work and the smart water's are extra charges. The water in the bathroom was constantly running low on hot water. The restroom sink handle was also broken. At breakfast the food would finish and they wouldn’t add more even though there was time left still for breakfast the toaster didn’t work ether had to ask for another one. The elevator is the worst only one works for the WHOLE hotel it was a headache. Overall I don’t recommend this place the only good thing is it’s clean other than that everything else you will need is going to give you a headache.

Hotel is in downtown so plan accordingly for parking. Hotel does offer valet but they were not able to accommodate our dually truck. There is a parking lot across the street but if you do not renew the parking at 6 am they will issue you a $90 ticket as they did with us :(

1. Was hassled by several homeless people as I was coming and going from my car, which I had to pay $15/day to park and set an alarm clock to wake up every night at midnight to make sure it was paid, or I could have opted for the $45/day valet parking. **Again, NO ONSITE PARKING- this was not made clear or I would have reserved elsewhere 2. Had trouble with the TV, limited channels were working consistently so i bought myself a Roku to plug into the TV which worked well 3. Staff largely ignored me during my stay unless I greeted them first 4. Ants in our room and bathroom 5. Shower held water and drain was uneven with shower floor, my husband skinned the bottom of his foot.

Nice hotel

The stay was great. The only downside was parking. We weren't aware that all parking was paid parking. The hotel had valet parking for $45 and then there were two parking lots you could pay by the day nearby.

Only had one working elevator, they never could all the tv channels to work. Toilet handle had to be jiggled ever time, shower was terrible. Only one chair in the second room they gave us. Valet parking was way too expensive. Breakfast was very poor quality. Staff really didn’t seem to care about the problems, keep telling us they would fix issues but never did. WORST Hampton I have ever stayed in and will never stay there again!!
