Bathroom had not been cleaned in several visits. Several stains on the walls and the mirror was covered in toothpaste foam. Heater was insufficient. It would maintain 72 periodically but mostly the room was cold. It was subzero temps during our stay. Only one working elevator and the stairs were located on the end of the building.

The staff was nice, the hotel is a little older but was still a great room. Bed was comfy! After reading reviews I was hesitant about parking but used the lot across the street and everything was fine.
