Unfortunately, our experience at this Holiday Inn was disappointing. We faced some difficulties with our room assignment upon check-in, and it was challenging to secure a different room initially. While one of the staff members was helpful in upgrading us and improving our stay, the overall experience started off on a rough note. I hope the management takes feedback like this into consideration to enhance guest experiences in the future.

We stayed 2 nights with our 2 dogs. We were happy with everything, it was very nice. $50 a night for dogs, thats too much. There was a nice fenced dog park .9 miles away.

I booked a one-bedroom suite, and upon arrival, I was told that the room type I booked was not available, and I was given a room with two beds (which was not needed) and no living room area that the one-bedroom suite would have had. I was told that because I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do as far as a discount. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it and was poorly covered up by a deodorizing spray. There was some hair in the bathroom leftover from a previous guest.
