I went to stay for the weekend. The room was cute and comfortable. I loved the decor. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. The area is great, right across from the Union Station and easy access to restaurants nearby. I would totally stay here again. I went as a solo female traveler.

Great comfort, service could improve

I enjoy staying at Hotel Indigo and usually stay here quarterly for my solo "staycations." However, this time, I noticed that during check in there was only one person working at the front desk which led to a long line to check in around 4pm. Then, when I left for dinner at 5:15 there was still a line to check in and one staff member working. I feel during this busy time period there should be better staffing to provide better service. Also, the room I paid for with Hotels.com was a room with a view but there weren't enough rooms clean to provide me with this room. So I stayed in a room without a view which was fine but I had paid more for the other type and felt this is a service that is up to the hotel to provide. I hope these things are improved as I would like to come back to stay again in the spring. Thanks!

The first room I was put in, the beds weren't made, the faucet didn't work. I went down & asked to switch rooms which they did promptly. The decor is great & rooms are very comfortable. I booked through hotels.com, prepaid up-front & the app said I'd owe $75. When I checked out, I was told I'd have to pay $115 for a "DEN Amenities Fee". I talked to someone at the front desk the night before who gave me conflicting information to what was explained to me at check out (as to what I owe). The point here, is if you book this property with a third-party, talk to the front desk at check-in or during the first half of your stay so you're on the same page about what's owed/what's the charge for etc. It was very confusing. They told me a manager was going to call me but never did. I called & left a voicemail. I never got a call back. It has been 2 weeks.
