The gym was clean and nice. The area is great. Right across from union station. Everything is in walking distance. Room was pretty clean, ceiling is exposed concrete which made it feel like a bunker. The AC unit sounds like a B52 bomber plane when it’s running, very loud. Staff was phenomenal, very friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to union station, which we used to get to and from Empower field. Nice restaurant in the hotel The only thing I was disappointed in, was no valet parking. It was advertised by the hotel and by hotels.com that there was valet parking.

The staff was really good. Very attentive to my needs and all remembered my name and said hello when I passed by the lobby. Housekeeping was done nicely making the stay enjoyable. It was quiet for downtown Denver. The food in and around the premises was great with lots of choices. Would definitely stay again.

Oscar was super professional and friendly at check in... Nice rooms, great location close to downtown and ballpark. Many dinning and shopping options too. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, don't recommend if you are in a hurry though. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. The parking was a little overpriced in my opinion, overall a nice stay.
