Great downtown hotel stay

Great hotel location, building is very new, clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Came to watch baseball and Coors Field was a quick 15 minute walk from the hotel. There’s a CVS and a Whole Foods store across the street. Also close to Union Station for local transportation needs. I upgraded to a room with a downtown view, which was awesome at night, but the room can get very bright in the mornings. I would totally stay here again the next time I come back to Denver.

In town for a red rocks show then back home the next day. Easy check in, great area, super convenient, right off the airport train line so perfect for flying in and heading downtown for some fun.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Oscar on front of desk was friendly, efficient, and sorted the faulty room card, that wouldn't activate the lift, very quickly. fantastic location, if arriving by train into Union Station. This this station also has a Tourist Information desk which proved very useful. If you don't want to leave the hotel for something to eat, the hotel has a restaurant that serves burgers etc, so you can get a meal a few minutes after booking-in. Would I use it again, yes.

Lots of things in the room did not work well. TV neeeded to be rebooted. Refrigerator door didn’t code. Toilet got stuck not refilling. Drain in the shower is dangerous. Couple of charging outlet switches didn’t work.

Nice Hotel with Minor Gliches

The hotel is the perfect location in LoDo (lower downtown). The room was very clean, but it seemed that staffing was an issue. The daily minimal housekeeping missed us twice. A few of the outlets in the room did not work. The complimentary breakfast at Ambler was very good, but they never had all of the options on the menu available: Pancake batter wasn't made, no biscuits, no french toast, etc. The staff was always friendly and did their best.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The only thing I didn’t care much for were the surprise fees that they drop on you during your arrival instead of this being listed up front. Would stay again though!

Stayed here while my home was being remodeled and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I had to extend my stay twice and they allowed me to stay in my same room for all three stays and were very accommodating. Everything inside and out is very clean. The gym is a little limited, but it does the job and it’s very quiet, as is the hotel (quiet). Parking is very expensive, but it it’s worth it as it is very secure and is downtown. The restaurant is also amazing, has affordable pricing, the food tastes great and the staff is lovely.

Great location. Attention to detail. However, when I tried to get breakfast in the morning I got turned away due to the kitchen getting overwhelmed. It was a bit disappointing since I wanted to take advantage of their special discounts for guests. Otherwise, I would stay here again.
