Enjoyed our stay. Surprisingly quiet with where it is located. The staff were friendly. The room well-kept and clean. Bed was too soft for our taste but I'm sure that will make some people very happy! Could use better signage for the valet parking entry.

Stay was great except there was a light that kept blinking in our room. Looks like it was on the fire alarm. It was blinking every 10 seconds all night. We didn’t notice until lights out at 10:30 and were too tired to do anything at that point. We were in room 617. Told front desk at check out.

Great experience inside. Staff were amazing! I can’t really say anything bad about the hotel. It was a good experience great location. I would suggest anyone going there. Use the valet service because the parking for the hotel is around the back and not connected to the hotel.

We were a family of 4, 2 kids included. We chose this hotel because of the price and ability to walk to Coors Field. The room was comfortable, the decor and finishes seemed newer. The shampoo & soap holder in the shower were broken, but that didn’t take away from our stay, just a minor annoyance. The hotel met all of our needs. The hotel lobby did give off hostel vibes and we had to seek out and ask for valet parking (the kid was sitting at the valet station with his headphones in and head down). We did not receive housekeeping. We requested a sheet change and returned to a set of sheets placed in the room for us to change ourselves. All interactions with staff were pleasant.

Generally property and location convenient to downtown activities. Lack of affordable parking ( overnight valet at Hyatt $59 v. Parking garage across street $35 or garage a long block behind hotel for $14-$19 v parking meters with two hour limit) was a bummer.
