Staff not interested. Housekeeping minimal. Towels ploor quality and poor quantity. Breakfast and bed were good. No recycling. Not even free lobby coffee/tea during the day/evening. Disappointing. They sent lovely welcome email reservation confirmation. That was the first and last interested thing they did.

Waited two + hours to get into my room due to a glitch in their system. I offered to give my credit card just to get into the room. The clerk said no. I had already paid for the room online. She said this glitch happens often :( When traveling, the last thing you want is to wait around in the lobby for hours. It could have been handled better with a protocol that allows check-in with a cc hold.
