Each time we visit Hyatt Place in Cherry Creek area, the experience is different. Sometimes the room doesn’t have both soft and firm pillows, other times the rooms and bed feel more comfortable. At times, the staff is super sweet and other times not so accommodating. The break is always decent. Sometimes they close the restaurant early when they don’t have enough staff. We have stayed there for the price and location many times in the last two years.

I have no idea how this property was, because I cancelled the booking - my flight was delayed until the next day. They said they had cancelled it but I still have a charge on my statement. There is no apparent phone number to Expedia to figure out how to remedy it. Also, the fee on my email receipt was less than the fee on my statement. Sucks.

The room was bigger than I expected, especially for the price. The staff were all friendly and the complimentary breakfast always hit the spot. Being able to take coffee to-go came in very handy because I was staying at the hotel while I took a securities exam prep course that started at 8am. The only issue I have is that noise travels in the room. Every time someone closes a door, flushes a toilet, walks around, talks, turns on the tv… you can hear it like it’s happening right in your room.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and a great view of the mountains. Very noisy guests in adjoining room who made for two of the three nights difficult to sleep. I am satisfied that the operations manager gave me a partial discount due to the inconvenience.

Great! It's updated and nice, and the breakfast is great. Just be aware that there are no microwaves in the rooms; however, they have one in the lobby area. Parking is easy, but costs $15.
