For being ‘newly renovated’ our shower grout and bathroom floor/trim was dirty and worn. Comforter was stained. Cleaning service didn’t come the days we took down our privacy sign. Overall not impressed - and we usually choose Hyatt Places.

Error in reservation between Hotels.com and Hotel

Exceptionally clean room and restaurant. Unfortunately when I attempted to check in, they did not have my reservation. I shared my hard copy with them and they said the reservation did not "come through". Not sure if the error was with the hotel or with Hotels.com. They were very accommodating and checked me at the same room rate the original reservation was

I enjoyed my stay, however on my last night, the light over the couch kept turning itself on and off. On the same night, the TV kept turning itself on and off as well. It was super freaky. I talked to the front desk staff and they told me that I was the 3rd person that day that had mentioned lights turning themselves on and off. I was really scared and freaked out.
