Actually didn’t love it. For a band new hotel the amount of noise from the freeway was terrible and the sink stopper didn’t work. Bar/restaurant was good.

I booked a king size bed . Upon arrival I was told that they did not have a king size bed and was given a queen size bed. I am a big guy that does not sleep well in queen size. They told me to talk to Expedia and Expedia told me to talk to Hyatt. Total waste of being shuttled between them. Hated it

I am so sorry to say. We waiting 90 minutes for the hotel shuttle at the Denver airport. We had over 150 people coming to the hotel so they should have adjusted their shuttle schedule. When we got there, we told them about the shuttle, they could have cared a less. This hotel, staff, service and food was terrible. There was no land line phones in the room, the Restaurant was closed due to issues, so we had no hot food after coming in a long flight, the front staff were rude and not Caring. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE.

We did not know the breakfast cost $14 and parking $18. It was not clear when I reserved it thru Expedia. The handicap rail ib the shower was about to fall off the wall.
