I booked it late after my flight was missed, and I was scheduled to fly out the next morning. I love that the restaurant was open until 11pm, and the portions were huge. The room was nice and clean and perfect for a one night stay to get rest. I would have liked to be informed by the receptionist about the shuttle reservation for transfer to the airport because I totally missed the sign after a long day of travel. I also had to wait and go look for someone at checkout, and I know it was early at 4am but there was other people checking out too.

Hotel was really nice. Great distance from the airport. Our room had random holes on the ceiling and it looked like tape on the walls from a party or something. All in all, was only here long enough to sleep.

Front desk staff was very rude. It took more than 20 minutes for someone to help me upon check in. No information was provided about breakfast or any other amenities and when I came down to ask about them I had to ‘beg’ for the info. In addition at 5pm I asked for extra coffees for my room and was told there were none available until tomorrow morning! Microwaves are not provided in the rooms but rather in the area with the ice makers which no-one ever cleans. I definitely won’t stay here again even though the grill staff and location were great. They couldn’t overcome the other negatives.
