Located directly on historic Tennyson St and across the street from Cesar Chavez Park you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & more! Enjoy a private balcony for convenience or step out onto our roof top common area where you can enjoy sunsets, mountain views and more!

Our tastefully designed 2/1 features high-end furnishings throughout including Casper Mattresses and pillows, Viking appliances, Room & Board Furnishings, Quartz countertops, a Rain Fall Shower-head and more! When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants, our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as cable TV, a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer and your own private balcony. This unit is ADA compliant. The 2nd bedroom does not have a door for compliance reasons.

Outside:
Within your unit, you'll have your own private balcony to enjoy the morning sunrises or leisurely evenings. If you want to venture out, our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel!

Garage parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage. Please note that beginning April 1, 2025, there will be a parking fee of $25 per night for guests wishing to park at the hotel.

Getting Around:
You won't need a car if you plan on staying near the hotel. You'll have plenty in walking distance. If you want to get out and see all of Denver's best attractions, you will need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to the various tourist attractions.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is ADA Accessible. The 2nd bedroom does not have a door.

PACK-N-PLAY/HIGH CHAIR
Please notify us BEFORE your stay if you will need a pack-n-play or highchair. We need 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver it to your room.

ROOF TOP PATIO
The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos).

PET FEES
We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. There is a two dog maximum.

PARKING
Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation.

SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL
There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS

We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date).
