"The Oasis" is a comfortable home located in one of the most desirable areas of metro Denver, Brighton. You'll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood, minutes from the airport, with easy access to downtown Denver and all the amenities you will need. But, you may decide not to leave the Brighton area since it has a vibrant shopping scene, small contemporary art galleries, and cool cocktail lounges.
Brighton was originally founded as a stage railway depot as well as farming. The town was named for Brighton Beach, New York. Today, Brighton is a vibrant community offering great restaurants, gyms, hiking and biking paths and a short commute to Downtown Denver, as well as, the Denver International Airport (DIA).
The main floor offers a kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the wide screen TV. This home's floor plan is perfect for families or a small group of friends / colleagues.
The upstairs offers a master bedroom with an ensuite bath, and 3 large bedrooms.
Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private, backyard with privacy fence and covered patio offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, enjoying mealtime outside, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. It's a great place to relax and listen to the birds. It's also a great space to let the kids run around and play outside.
