Tv did not work, so went to call office and phone didnt work. Called from.my phone and no one would answer after many attempts. Next morning when i told older man at desk he latterly said, "what do you wamt me to do about it, i did not check you in". He was not very kind, respectful or curtious.

The health department should shut down the room we were given. There was such a strong smell of black mold in the bathroom and clear evidence of it on the window frame. The room was one of two adjoining rooms so we made sure our grandchildren got the better room. With 6 people in our party my husband and I were forced to use that bathroom but I had to plan to use the shower in the kids room because every breath in our moldy bathroom was a hazard. Plus there was a beetle in our tub. I also chose this hotel specifically because they have a pool. Don't believe it! The pool is not safe to use with slimy walls and an overwhelming amount of chorine in the water. My son allowed the kids to use the pool because they had their hearts set on it, but they had to jump right out and race to the shower to wash off everything they were exposed to. The rooms seemed clean but our sinks had a used and broken bar of soap on the holder and the other toiletries were open as well. A few things that were good - 1 - The beds and bedding were comfortable 2 - The layout placed the sinks in the entrance to the room. More efficient than having them in the bathroom. 3 - Plenty of towels 4 - There was a seating area - BUT with one grime-caked chair. 5 - They provide a laundry with two washers and dryers. They worked fine BUT there was no way to get quarters. The desk staff yelled as though saying the word "quarter" was a felony offense. Crime tape should block the door to room 321. Rip off.

Got this hotel after my flight was canceled. Easy shuttle transport from and back to the airport. Facility is aging a bit, but clean and the room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. The only food nearby is a truckstop and a Denny’s restaurant. Truck Saw has pizza and other warm food options,

Staff was nice. Hotel needs re vamping. Carpet is super old and dirty. I had to ask for towels. There was none in the rooms. Shampoo and conditioner was not even enough for one person to shower. Place looks old and gels dirty once you are in the hallways going to your room. Had to pay to park my car. That’s crazy I have never had to pay extra to park our car at any hotel that I have stayed.

Better suited for a border town on the wrong side

The shuttle took an hour for pickup at the airport, after calling the front desk. Met another passenger from the other side of the airport had the same problem. First room was 90 degrees with no working a/c. Second room the a/c was so loud couldn’t sleep without a pillow over my head. The employee Mohammed refused to call the supervisor listed on the wall as Tomo Kentera. The lobby of the hotel was filled with people that made my kids very nervous. I honestly didn’t feel safe there but was too tired and it was too late to safely go looking for another hotel. Don’t believe any of the 5 star ratings on this place. It is a very seedy place at best.

Staff was one of the worst I've experienced. At check in there was 1 clerk, Mohammed, & a line of 3 guests. We waited 45 mins. Mohammed did not tell us where to find our room the elevator or where to park. He required $10 to park via QR code which seemed suspicious. The free wifi required multiple steps & not for the less tech-savvy. The counter was left unattended with no way to call for assistance. A bell would have sufficed. I called the front desk & a clerk appeared after hearing the ring. One of our keys didn't work. To our surprise, Mohammed handed us a new key without asking for ID. Security was not a concern A note stated extra linens were in the closet, but they weren’t. The phone was broke. Bedside light didn't work. TV was small & set too low to be seen from beds. Remote worked but did not change the channel. We waited for an hour @ airport for shuttle, called the hotel multiple times to inquire. Mohammed answered the 1st time & said the shuttle would be on its way back in 30 min. After 45, my husband & I tried to call the hotel to have it ring endlessly & on occasion answer & hang up. We reported at 8a our toilet was clogged. At 6p, it was still clogged. No one had serviced the room. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast bar was well stocked. The attendant was attentive but seeking a tip as a tip jar was very prominently placed. Posters in the dining area stated "do not take food to room" which piqued my curiosity but didn't stop others.

Really nice staff and quick check in. Also appreciated the shuttle hours. I did not like the leaky shower resulting in water all over the floor and a rusty, gaping hole in the bathtub where the drain cover should have been. It was really gross. And the tv remote was broke so I had no choice but to watch one station. Not good.

there is a not proper treatment when front desk find out I have thired party reservations , on line there is no parking charge information . and they have charge parking to park my Toyota . breakfast joke , and very very dirty public area asa well as elevator and bath room too. staff is very very rude at check inn no one at desk when checking out at 10.36 am at desk wait 10 minutes at left without receipt for stay.

The staff at check in was rude to customers and short with others. The tone and attitude needs retraining immediately. The person that drove the shuttle was great! The room carpet looked worn and uncomfortable not wearing flip flops. The bathroom had no washcloths only two bath towels and a used bath towel left on the back of the door??! Also the tub didn’t drain and fan didn’t remove steam. Would avoid this place if possible.
