Don’t stay here.

The front desk woman was the best part about this stay. She was professional and patient. We had to move rooms 3 times. 1st one, the AC/Heater was fried. 2nd recked of smoke & this is a non-smoking hotel & the 3rd one was filthy. Tabletops disgusting & the fridge didn’t work; had to swap it out with 1st rooms fridge & clean the room ourselves. Pool had a slim layer on top & hot tub only 1 jet worked. Housekeeping needs to be checked up on. Asked about refund, was told they didn’t have authority.

Migrants live here

There were a number of hispanic school-age children running around the 4th floor till 11:30 pm keeping many awake. I spoke with them in the morning and they don't attend school. Pretty sure migrants are living in this hotel. Stay away!

Not very clean

The room the walls had stuff on them one bed the sheets were dirty or very badly stained there was food and soda left in the window seal. Gross pool was very dirty.

Spent one sleepless night in this hotel. Pillows were either flat or lumpy. The hot tub was disgusting !Just above the water level was a layer of what I can only describe as brown slimy scum.!! The pool was so full of chemicals it was cloudy. You couldn’t see the bottom! The whole pool area was a mess and dirty. Shuttle takes about 15-20 minutes. The only thing around the hotel is a gas station and a Denny’s but it’s a bit of a walk. Though there is an area next to check in with microwave food and snacks.

Had a family member in the hospital nearby!

Our room was nice and big, with lots of space we wanted since we bring our dog . They don't give you much to work with in suites with kitchens . There wasn't any utensils or cups and dishes like most places and so we ended up eating out. Overall it's nice..

Couldn't have chose a better place to stay on my weekend holiday. The view overlooked a lake, miles of amazing terrain as far as the eye can see! Started each day with the complimentary breakfast that was included every morning. Explored downtown Denver transported by train which the station was no more than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Variety of restaurants all in the vicinity too! Very happy with my stay and all the staff in Aurora!!! Hope this helps with your decision : )

This property did not have a room ready when booked online a head of time! The room had bugs along the jacuzzi, the living room tv was not working was told do to the snow when that was a lie because the bedroom tv was working the couch had stains so had to ask for sheets to even sit down when telling the front desk about the problem with the bugs even showing a video they then told me they can call pest control but if they didnt find a bed bug or Cockroach we would have to pay a 500$ fee for them coming out i do not recommend coming to this Establishment very disappointed with the overall experience and will not be coming back!
