In our 1st room, there was a dirty sock left and blood on the comforter. The breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, dried sausage links and coffee with the grounds everyday. The key cards needed to be reset everyday.

The hot tub was horrible. Dirty, peeling paint, unclean around the tub with big toe nails. The first towel I picked up in the bathroom was stained dirty. The Hot food in breakfast was ice cold. The carpet is old and dirty. I was disappointed and surprised that it was so dirty looking on the inside!

Hotel reeked of Marijuana and checkout wasnt until 11am and was basically kicked out by cleaning at 10¹⁵am. Was still trying to pack stuff to check out. Was not haooy at all about the odor as im aeverly allergic as well as beinf nade to leave before checkout time. Front servixe lady was very nice upon check in

The shuttle service to/from the airport was disappointing. The message from Ramada after I booked our stay said the shuttle picks up every 20-30 minutes at the airport. Once we checked in, the sign at the hotel said it only picks up once an hour after the 25th minute. We rushed to get there from our flight and walked out just in time to watch the shuttle driving away, even though it was exactly 11:25. We then had to wait another hour with 3 small children for the next shuttle and missed our appointment back home. Meanwhile, we watched shuttles from surrounding hotels picking up multiple times during our hour-long wait. There was also no mention upon booking that there is a charge to leave your vehicle parked at the property.

We were only there for one night. The room had a weird smell the bathroom was large and very nice. Sink wouldn't drain unless you took the drain plug out. The refrigerator barely kept the food cool. The exit door all had key card entrance but none of the doors actually locked so they could just be pulled open by anyone. The location to the airport was nice though.

Tv was cuby and bad signal. Volume in and out. Very annoying at the least. Call desk. Was told to unplug and replug. That did work for two minutes then same cycle over and over.

The clerk refused to answer the phone for an airport pickup so we took another mode of transportation. When we arrive there was no one behind the front desk. Finally after 5 minutes of saying hello the guy came out. He had cancelled our reservation. So we had to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.
