THERE WAS MOLD IN THE SHOWER WALL, BREAKFAST SERVICE WAS AWFUL, NEVER ENOUGH FOOD AND YOU HAD TO WAIT LONG PERIODS OF TIME TO EVEN TRY TO GET SOME BREAKFAST, BREAKFAST SERVICE PERSON SEEMED FRUSTRATED AND WOULD IGNORE ALL REQUEST. NO ROOM SERVICES ON WEEKENDS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT AT FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD ( ANNETTE) WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD LET HER KNOW MY COMPLAINT. NEVER HEARD FROM ANNETTE SO NOT SURE IF SHE WAS EVER TOLD. BAD EXPERIENCE

Our stay was great! I had booked a king bed and sofa bed for four and when we arrived we were upgraded to a two bedroom! Lots of space for four of us. The area was nice and so much to do near the hotel!

The gals at the front desk were polite and helpful unfortunately the rooms left something to be desired. The first room I was given was a handicap room and had a horrible smell of dog urine and cleaning products. As soon as I opened the door I knew there was no way I was going to be able to stay in that room. I went to the front desk immediately and asked for a different room. Again the ladies at the desk were helpful and were able to switch my rooms. Went up with my luggage to my new room and keys don’t work. Have to go back down to the desk and get my keys programmed. I again told them the other room smelled horribly. The front desk lady said she would go spray some air freshener in the room. I told her that was not going to help. Finally got my new keys, got to my room and when I walked in it smelled like coffee. I didn’t think much of it just thought it was weird since it was 7pm. Next morning I go to the kitchen sink and I see why the rooms smelled like coffee. A fork and a square coffee pouch were in the sink.
