I love it here it's quiet it's nice it's friendly it's clean it doesn't smell like hell the customer service here is excellent morning noon and night and I would stay here any time that I needed to stay here but no problems hands down they're very understanding and very flexible so I do give them five stars because it's worth five stars

Horrible! First room we had a roach run towards us as we were walking in. Then given another room and again roaches. The front seat guy who barely looks up from his cell phone didn’t care. The nice Spanish man we thing was management??? Was appalled. The original kid acted like it was no big deal and treated us that way. Lots of transients living there and elevator buttons were broken when a couple transients fought in the elevator. Dirty, beat up, all vending machines removed. Worse than a motel. We immediately left so bugs wouldn’t get into our bags. Really gross.
