Good location.

First the good points. Excellent location within easy walking distance from station and city centre. 3 good bedrooms, family bathroom and downstairs toilet. Clean. Debits: I was unable to check-in without endless demands to pay. Something I had done months earlier. Sadly too many companies seem to be involved in this booking. It needs sorting. At the same time there need to be instructions for the central heating. The clock was hours wrong and consequently the system kept coming on at unsociable hours rather than when needed.

Very clean and practical

Very clean, good location for visiting Derby, much cheaper than hotel. Double rooms can be set up as double beds or twins. All basic things supplied e.g. towels, soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid, basic cookware. However, a few very small things could improve e.g. no tea towels in the kitchen, and no hooks to hang your coats, or your towels after using them.
