Relax on our deck, or watch the barge traffic from inside. The house sits within minutes of The Hoosier National Forest offering hiking / fishing and a peaceful atmosphere, 40 minutes from Holiday World, and 50 minutes from French Lick. Our house is two doors down from the local Derby Tavern. (Strong WIFI / Charcoal & Gas Grill)

Cozy river home

This is a lovely cottage on the Ohio river. We stayed for two weeks and truely enjoyed it. This cottage has the older home charm with modern amenities. We look forward to coming back for future stays.

Beautiful peaceful place. Very friendly community.

It was perfect for us and very close to the community center, tavern, and general store. The river is just across the street and we were able to enjoy the view right off the front porch. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the back room, we sleep good but the front bedroom mattress was a better sleep. We would most definitely book again at this property.
