Well quality but a bit overrated.

Generally it was good. The price seems to be a bit overrated, though. While everything in the room was great, it was just that the pillows were not quite comfortable. The sheets made my girlfriend itchy through the night while I slept fine. The bathroom door has a bottom hinge with a missing screw; therefore, the door was a bit loose. We also weren't able to fully lock with the deadbolt.

Room had a funky smell, but appeared clean. The staff was great, breakfast was ample and the 24 hour airport shuttle was excellent. Cheap parking for people flying out.

The location was very convenient, but the property hasn’t been updated in years. My room had a sofa that was so worn down that I was unable to find a comfortable position for my back. The breakfast provided very few and very lackluster choices. I highly doubt that I will stay there again.

I had a really good experience with the front desk clerks. He was very helpful. Very kind and courteous. There are not enough parking spots for the amount of rooms are on this facility if they are fully booked. I found this out at 10:30 at night when we return from a wedding. Only to be told that we would have to park approximately a block and a half away at another hotel. And then from there I was the first place just walked back to quality Inn. I did not feel safe as the roads were not well lit and I did not know the area. I was extremely upset that they did not have a plan to transport people from one facility to the other that would make me feel safe. That is the only negative thing I have to say.

I chose quality inn because the price was very reasonable. I find it hard to sleep in hotels but quality inn made me feel at home. I rested, enjoyed breakfast and went back on the road. Thanks to all the staff at quality inn for making my stay a 5 star stay.

Good hotel for the price! Pool, jacuzzi & breakfast are a bonus…Only knock was losing the signal to the television therefore losing all programming due to weather??? They need to fix that! Otherwise, a very good stay…

My family and I checked in this hotel since we have a family gathering in town. For the money that we pay for staying less than 12 hours in the property, I would’ve expect a bit more than terrible services from checking in. The staff wasn’t so friendly at all, when you say thank you, she just ignores you! We booked a non-smoking room but our room smells like cigarette and upon getting in the room, the windows were both open like they were meant to air it out even if the AC is running in the hot humid day we checked in. The beds were made good, but my son pointed out some spots where there are hairs and dry skin under the blankets. The bathroom was the same way, there are strands of hair in the tub. The bathroom smells all night long even if it looks like it was cleaned. Altogether, it was a terrible stay. Woke up itching all over our body. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Not a non-smoking room (even though labeled so)

Our “non-smoking” room was clearly used for heavy smoking prior to our stay. They tried to cover up the smell with strong cleaners, but our clothes reeked of it afterward. Made for a stinky and uncomfortable night. Despite that, the continental breakfast was nice as was the free shuttle to the airport.
