Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.

In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

Very good place to spend time with your family

The property had everything we needed to stay over with our family. The rooms were clean and the kitchen equipped for all we needed. The complex was also very good, with easy to access swimming pools and kiosks for something to eat and drink while at the pool. Also the lovely town Desenzano was just in minutes away and had lovely restaurants, ship tours and other things to offer. We especially enjoyed the sunrises from out spacious terrace at breakfast and the beautiful sunsets at the Garda lake, just minutes of walking from the property. Everything was good, despite the small electrical issues we had during our stay. We definitely looking forward to stay there again!

Achtung, unterhalb Bastelle

Vorsicht, momentan unterhalb Baustelle und tagsüber sehr viel Lärm, auf der VRBO Seite steht da nichts. Bei Buchung haben wir dann gesehen das wir über wonderfullItaly gebucht haben, da steht serwohl das mit dem Lärm. sicher nicht mehr....... Nach Rücksprache mit VRBO ist das ein Fehler der Agentur wonderfullitaly und sie können nichts mehr tun nachträglich. echt traurig.....

Familienurlaub am Gardasee

Das Appartement ist vollständig ausgestattet. Von Nespressomaschine über Fön bis Bügeleisen ist alles vorhanden. Mit 4 Personen ist die Wohnung gut nutzbar. Die Außenterrasse ist überdacht und bietet bis auf wenige Morgenstunden Schatten. Eine Erstaustattung mit Klopapier, Geschirrspülpulver usw. ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist funktional. Die Lage des Appartements in der Anlage Green Residence ist mittig, so dass man von den öffentlichen Parkplätzen, welche EUR 12 pro Tag in der Saison kosten, einen kleinen Fußmarsch ggf. mit Einkäufen zw. Koffern zurücklegen muss. In der Anlage kann man zwischen 3 Pools wählen. Es herrscht Badekappenpflicht und Ballspielen o.ä. ist bis auf Tischtennis und Tischkicker untersagt. Es sind durchgehend an den Pools, die nur mittels Karte betreten werden können, 2 Lifeguards anwesend. Die Anlage selbst kann nur mit einer Karte durch eine Personenschranke betreten werden. Insgesamt ist die Anlage zumindest in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Die Betreuung durch Wonderful Italy ist sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Kommunikation kann telefonisch, per mail oder WhatsApp erfolgen. Es wird nach unserer Erfahrung umgehend reagiert.
