I was unable to communicate with the host or access my reservation via the app. As a result, I was unable to use the property for my stay. I was unable to contact a human being at VBRO for assistance with the computer glitch that left my reservation without any association with my email or phone number. As a result when I entered the reservation number via the app, it asked for my phone number or email and when I entered it, the message was I didn’t have a reservation. Having robots answer all of your questions is a serious mistake. This was an unusual situation which required human intervention. I believe the problem was caused when I made the reservation on my PC not on the app. But then when I attempted to open the reservation in the app, it was not connected with my contact information. This was communication problem between the PC and my mobile app. There was no way I could contact any human at VBRO to attempt to rectify this. I lost over 400 and have no way to recover it. There was no issue with the host who had no way to provide me any assistance for this corporate software problem. I am not hopeful that anyone but a robot will read this, but if you do, I would ask the robot to communicate with a human.
