Tolle Aussicht und sehr grosse Ferienwohnung

Leider ist die Rezeption nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt aber da alles gross angeschrieben war mit unserem Namen haben wir dann doch alles gefunden. Die Villa ist ein richtig grosses Haus auf 2 Etagen mit einer riesigen Terrasse mit einem ĂŒberwĂ€ltigenden Blick aufs Meer und einem richtig grossen, nachts beleuchteten privaten Pool den unsere Kinder so toll fanden, dass der eigentliche Hotelpool gar nicht genutzt wurde. Es hat alles was man braucht incl. einer voll eingerichteten KĂŒche, 2 BĂ€der und bequeme Betten. Problematisch war die Wasserversorgung, es hatte oft einfach kein Wasser zum Duschen oder fĂŒr die WC-SpĂŒlung. Etwas sauberer hĂ€tte es auch sein können. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft, in einigen SchĂŒsseln in den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken waren noch Reisreste. Vieles fĂŒhlte sich von Beginn an etwas schmuddelig an. Die WĂ€sche war jedoch sauber und konnte jederzeit getauscht werden. Leider werden die Zimmer wĂ€hrend dem Aufenthalt nicht geputzt weil es eine Ferienwohnung ist. Die offene nur durch Jalousien abgetrennte Fensterfront zur Terrasse ist ein Problem wegen den MĂŒcken wegen fehlenden MĂŒckennetzen. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert einwandfrei. Das WLAN funktioniert nur in der unteren Etage. Die Lage ist toll, man braucht allerdings ein Auto alleine wegen dem steilen Anstieg zum Hotel. Die tollsten StrĂ€nde sind aber in unmittelbarer NĂ€he und schnell erreichbar. Ebenso wie ein grosser Supermarkt. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

ArrivĂ©e 18h, heure de fermeture du bureau d'accueil. Une personne souriante nous prĂ©sente les lieux, les excursions si on en a besoin.Elle nous accompagne dans l'appartement. Petit dĂ©jeuner copieux / pers avec une belle vue sur la mer: 1 croissant, 1 pain au chocolat, 1 yaourt, du pain, beurre, confiture, 1 capsule Ă  cafĂ©, 1 fruit Appartement "rĂ©novĂ©". Vue partielle sur la mer et beaucoup de vĂ©gĂ©tation. La cuisine extĂ©rieure propose un frigo, qui est en fin de vie. SĂ©jour-chambre : rien Ă  redire. Salle de bain : cuvette des toilettes non entretenue. Impression de saletĂ©. Douche : canalisation rouillĂ©e. Etablissement 4* (auto attribuĂ©) : 1 dose de shampoing 1 petit savon de poche pour le sĂ©jour (6 nuits). Pas de changement de drap (usĂ©s et trouĂ©s). Serviettes non changĂ©es : possible que sur demande au bout de 3 jours. Pas de mĂ©nage c'est Ă  vous de le faire ainsi que de sortir les poubelles. Serviette de plage en location. Piscine "bonheur" : le pĂ©diluve est bouchĂ© (il l'Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  en janvier). pas de rĂ©paration Piscine "prestige" : 4 transats, aucune douche fonctionne,, idem jacuzi. les lattes de bois au bord de la piscine dĂ©faite, avec vis rouillĂ©es. Etablissement de 2002: mauvais entretien, Ă©tat de vĂ©tustĂ© avancĂ©e. L'accueil charmant, si vous avez besoin de randonnĂ©es, des conseils pour des visites: TOP RĂ©sidence hĂŽteliĂšre 4 Ă©toiles : mensongĂ©. Nous avons fait d 'autre rĂ©sidence du mĂȘme type en Guadeloupe oĂč il y avait mĂ©nage quotidien, serviette...

Superbe emplacement mais ne vaut pas un 4*

Les + : - Superbe vue sur la baie et la mer - Appartement sympa, cuisine bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, le matin les oiseaux viennent prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner avec vous - Piscine bien entretenue et agrĂ©able Les - : - Forfait mĂ©nage Ă  payer alors qu'il n'y a aucun mĂ©nage de fait que vous restiez 5 jours ou 1 mois... - Insonorisation inexistante - Service de changement de serviettes sur demande Ă  la rĂ©ception tous les 3 jours mais il faut attendre la fin de la journĂ©e pour les rĂ©cupĂ©rer car elles sĂšchent (il n'y en a pas d'avance ?) - Service traiteur indisponible lors de notre sĂ©jour - L'appartement commence Ă  ĂȘtre vĂ©tuste et manque d'Ă©quipements basiques : portes qu'on doit claquer pour qu'elles ferment, pas de tapis de salle de bain, pas de porte manteau dans la sdb etc - Il y a uniquement le minimum en savon et 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette ce qui fait light (sinon il faut payer 1.5e pour 2 rouleaux) En rĂ©sumĂ©, le cadre est trĂšs joli mais la rĂ©sidence mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre un peu rĂ©novĂ©e et de se mettre Ă  la hauteur d'un 4* en faisant un peu de mĂ©nage tous les 3 jours par ex et en fournissant les Ă©quipements de base. Voiture obligatoire car il n'y a rien autour, heureusement que l'on a pu se restaurer le 1er jour au restaurant Fort royal Ă  10mn Ă  pieds car le traiteur Ă©tait indisponible. Attention, forte pente Ă  monter si vous ĂȘtes Ă  pieds.
