The Space
Kemp’s Kove is made up of two separate structures — a main house and a two-story casita — giving your group the perfect mix of togetherness and privacy. The entire property sleeps 14 across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Furry family members welcome — up to 2 dogs with a $150/stay pet fee. Have more? Just ask.

Main House
The heart of Kemp’s Kove features an open living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area — all connected to a wrap-around screened front porch with a dining table perfect for outdoor meals. Board games are provided to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. Outdoor games also included (cornhole, giant Jenga and giant Connect Four).

The Casita
A two-story structure with each floor having its own private entrance and full bathroom — ideal for extended family, teens, or guests who want their own space within the property.

The Backyard
Your private outdoor oasis features a fenced pool (heating available at $75/night), tiki bar with built-in grill and TV, and a gas fire pit — all just steps from your back door. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water outside casita.

Getting Around
Six beach cruiser bikes are available for the whole group. We also include 8 beach chairs, a cooler, balloon-tire beach dolly, boogie boards, skim board, and sand toys — everything your family needs for a perfect day at the beach, less than a 5-minute walk away. Primary guest must be at least 25 and stay at the property during the stay.
