Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this two-story end unit loft condo featuring tile and carpet flooring. This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. The living room also has a very nice wet bar and a sofa sleeper for your use. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second private balcony overlooking the beach. The master bath also has a very private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Needs some work

I would have left a 5 star but there were a few things wrong with the condo. The balcony door didn't lock and there was a stick to brace it with. I tried to use the jacuzzi tub, turned the jets on and black stuff came out of them, all in my water. The to holder in the upstairs bathroom was broken and had to be replaced when I told mgt about it. Said it had been that way a long time. The little sink in the corner bar was leaking all under it. They had a small bowl under it to catch the water. Other than these things it was great, great location, only steps from the beach, literally! Mgt was friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent again, if they fix the issues.

Amazing location.

Amazing location and accommodations. The upstairs was perfect for the parents to get away. We loved the 2 balconies! You cannot get closer to the ocean. The only way it could have been better is if it was a walkout condo. The kids loved the pool. There is a great grass courtyard.

Beautiful beach/ocean view! Perfect location!

We loved this unit! Right on the beach with a great balcony and view! Very clean. A Bedroom and balcony upstairs was a nice change from other condos. Walked to The Back Porch for lunch several times since it was right down from us. Convient location in Destin!
