This unique one of a kind property is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The oversized master bedroom suite sleeps 4 people and is equipped with a full kitchenette and a massive private treehouse style balcony. Located in the heart of Destin our condo provides close access to shopping, golf, dining and entertainment. We are a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to public beach access.

Our condo is located on the third (3rd) floor and has One (1) spacious master suite with two (2) beds, an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower and double rain heads and ample storage. Enter to an open concept living area and vaulted ceilings with a breakfast nook that seats four and a fully equipped kitchenette. Appliances include 48" double mini fridge, countertop icemaker, microwave with air fryer function, blender and Keurig coffee maker. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the master suite. A 600 sf private 'treehouse' style balcony is located off the main living space. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour in one of the hammocks! The master suite has a king and queen sized bed and large closet space with a dressing island. The living room space includes a Roku TV and pull out queen sofa sleeper.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
